CVSS v3.1 |
| Forgejo through 15.0.11, 16.0.0 through 16.0.7, and 17.0.0 through 17.0.1 contains an information disclosure vulnerability in the GetPublicKey API handler that lacks an ownership check on key lookups. Authenticated users with a read:user token or session can enumerate sequential key IDs to obtain titles, fingerprints and public key material of other users' SSH, deploy and principal keys. |
| n8n before 2.42.6, 2.43.x before 2.43.3, and 3.x before 3.0.1 contains a remote code execution vulnerability via deprecated Function, Function Item, and LangChain Code nodes running outside task runner isolation. Authenticated users who can create, modify, or import workflows naming these hidden node types can execute JavaScript in the n8n main process. |
| Improper neutralization of input during web page generation ('cross-site scripting') vulnerability in Apache Sling Engine. Content-Type, charset, and redirect changes from an included component evade the protectheaders / checkcontenttype enforcement through setHeader(), repeated calls to setContentType(), the charset APIs, Servlet 6.1 redirect overloads, and stale config - enabling stored XSS despite enabled protections.
This issue affects Apache Sling Engine before 3.0.4.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.0.4, which fixes the issue. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/vkms: Convert to DRM's vblank timer
Replace vkms' vblank timer with the DRM implementation. The DRM
code is identical in concept, but differs in implementation.
Vblank timers are covered in vblank helpers and initializer macros,
so remove the corresponding hrtimer in struct vkms_output. The
vblank timer calls vkms' custom timeout code via handle_vblank_timeout
in struct drm_crtc_helper_funcs. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
block: Remove queue freezing from several sysfs store callbacks
Freezing the request queue from inside sysfs store callbacks may cause a
deadlock in combination with the dm-multipath driver and the
queue_if_no_path option. Additionally, freezing the request queue slows
down system boot on systems where sysfs attributes are set synchronously.
Fix this by removing the blk_mq_freeze_queue() / blk_mq_unfreeze_queue()
calls from the store callbacks that do not strictly need these callbacks.
Add the __data_racy annotation to request_queue.rq_timeout to suppress
KCSAN data race reports about the rq_timeout reads.
This patch may cause a small delay in applying the new settings.
For all the attributes affected by this patch, I/O will complete
correctly whether the old or the new value of the attribute is used.
This patch affects the following sysfs attributes:
* io_poll_delay
* io_timeout
* nomerges
* read_ahead_kb
* rq_affinity
Here is an example of a deadlock triggered by running test srp/002
if this patch is not applied:

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/radeon: delete radeon_fence_process in is_signaled, no deadlock
Delete the attempt to progress the queue when checking if fence is
signaled. This avoids deadlock.
dma-fence_ops::signaled can be called with the fence lock in unknown
state. For radeon, the fence lock is also the wait queue lock. This can
cause a self deadlock when signaled() tries to make forward progress on
the wait queue. But advancing the queue is unneeded because incorrectly
returning false from signaled() is perfectly acceptable.

usb: dwc3: Remove WARN_ON for device endpoint command timeouts
This commit addresses a rarely observed endpoint command timeout
which causes kernel panic due to warn when 'panic_on_warn' is enabled
and unnecessary call trace prints when 'panic_on_warn' is disabled.
It is seen during fast software-controlled connect/disconnect testcases.
The following is one such endpoint command timeout that we observed:
1. Connect
=======
->dwc3_thread_interrupt
->dwc3_ep0_interrupt
->configfs_composite_setup
->composite_setup
->usb_ep_queue
->dwc3_gadget_ep0_queue
->__dwc3_gadget_ep0_queue
->__dwc3_ep0_do_control_data
->dwc3_send_gadget_ep_cmd
2. Disconnect
==========
->dwc3_thread_interrupt
->dwc3_gadget_disconnect_interrupt
->dwc3_ep0_reset_state
->dwc3_ep0_end_control_data
->dwc3_send_gadget_ep_cmd
In the issue scenario, in Exynos platforms, we observed that control
transfers for the previous connect have not yet been completed and end
transfer command sent as a part of the disconnect sequence and
processing of USB_ENDPOINT_HALT feature request from the host timeout.
This maybe an expected scenario since the controller is processing EP
commands sent as a part of the previous connect. It maybe better to
remove WARN_ON in all places where device endpoint commands are sent to
avoid unnecessary kernel panic due to warn. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
block: avoid possible overflow for chunk_sectors check in blk_stack_limits()
In blk_stack_limits(), we check that the t->chunk_sectors value is a
multiple of the t->physical_block_size value.
However, by finding the chunk_sectors value in bytes, we may overflow
the unsigned int which holds chunk_sectors, so change the check to be
based on sectors. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
jbd2: prevent softlockup in jbd2_log_do_checkpoint()
Both jbd2_log_do_checkpoint() and jbd2_journal_shrink_checkpoint_list()
periodically release j_list_lock after processing a batch of buffers to
avoid long hold times on the j_list_lock. However, since both functions
contend for j_list_lock, the combined time spent waiting and processing
can be significant.
jbd2_journal_shrink_checkpoint_list() explicitly calls cond_resched() when
need_resched() is true to avoid softlockups during prolonged operations.
But jbd2_log_do_checkpoint() only exits its loop when need_resched() is
true, relying on potentially sleeping functions like __flush_batch() or
wait_on_buffer() to trigger rescheduling. If those functions do not sleep,
the kernel may hit a softlockup.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
mm/kmemleak: avoid deadlock by moving pr_warn() outside kmemleak_lock
When netpoll is enabled, calling pr_warn_once() while holding
kmemleak_lock in mem_pool_alloc() can cause a deadlock due to lock
inversion with the netconsole subsystem. This occurs because
pr_warn_once() may trigger netpoll, which eventually leads to
__alloc_skb() and back into kmemleak code, attempting to reacquire
kmemleak_lock.
This is the path for the deadlock.
mem_pool_alloc()
-> raw_spin_lock_irqsave(&kmemleak_lock, flags);
-> pr_warn_once()
-> netconsole subsystem
-> netpoll
-> __alloc_skb
-> __create_object
-> raw_spin_lock_irqsave(&kmemleak_lock, flags);
Fix this by setting a flag and issuing the pr_warn_once() after
kmemleak_lock is released. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ext4: do not BUG when INLINE_DATA_FL lacks system.data xattr
A syzbot fuzzed image triggered a BUG_ON in ext4_update_inline_data()
when an inode had the INLINE_DATA_FL flag set but was missing the
system.data extended attribute.
Since this can happen due to a maiciouly fuzzed file system, we
shouldn't BUG, but rather, report it as a corrupted file system.
Add similar replacements of BUG_ON with EXT4_ERROR_INODE() ii
ext4_create_inline_data() and ext4_inline_data_truncate(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: mac80211: fix WARN_ON for monitor mode on some devices
On devices without WANT_MONITOR_VIF (and probably without
channel context support) we get a WARN_ON for changing the
per-link setting of a monitor interface.
Since we already skip AP_VLAN interfaces and MONITOR with
WANT_MONITOR_VIF and/or NO_VIRTUAL_MONITOR should update
the settings, catch this in the link change code instead
of the warning. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
rxrpc: Fix bug due to prealloc collision
When userspace is using AF_RXRPC to provide a server, it has to preallocate
incoming calls and assign to them call IDs that will be used to thread
related recvmsg() and sendmsg() together. The preallocated call IDs will
automatically be attached to calls as they come in until the pool is empty.
To the kernel, the call IDs are just arbitrary numbers, but userspace can
use the call ID to hold a pointer to prepared structs. In any case, the
user isn't permitted to create two calls with the same call ID (call IDs
become available again when the call ends) and EBADSLT should result from
sendmsg() if an attempt is made to preallocate a call with an in-use call
ID.
However, the cleanup in the error handling will trigger both assertions in
rxrpc_cleanup_call() because the call isn't marked complete and isn't
marked as having been released.
Fix this by setting the call state in rxrpc_service_prealloc_one() and then
marking it as being released before calling the cleanup function. |
| Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. Prior to version 7.2.0, the `record-output` parameter of the `/instances/$name/exec` endpoint stores the output of the command in the `exec-output` directory of the instance. If `exec-output` is a symlink, file named `exec_UUID.stdout` and `exec_UUID.stderr` can be written to an arbitrary location where the `.stdout` file will contain arbitrary content. This behavior can be abused for arbitrary command execution. Version 7.2.0 contains a patch. |
| This issue was addressed with improved access restrictions. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.2, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. An app may be able to bypass sandbox restrictions. |
| Insecure direct object reference (IDOR) vulnerability in the MatchPoint API, which relies on the `actingasuser` HTTP header without verifying the requester's authorization for the specified user. Manipulation of sequential identifiers allows access to personal, banking, and financial data, private messages, and QR codes for physical access, as well as the ability to modify third-party accounts, change passwords, impersonate users, and transfer virtual balances. |
| Mitigation bypass in the DOM: Push Subscriptions component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 159, Firefox ESR 153.6, Thunderbird 159, and Thunderbird 153.6. |
| Pillow is a Python imaging library. In versions through 12.3.0, the libtiff TIFF encoder can pass arguments to TIFFSetField() that do not match libtiff’s definition of the corresponding tag. When an application saves attacker-controlled image metadata through this encoder, crafted tag values can cause invalid memory reads, copying process memory into the encoded output or crashing the process. Applications that return the encoded output to an attacker can disclose that memory. The issue is reachable when re-saving compressed TIFF images and through certain conversions that preserve EXIF metadata into compressed TIFF output. This vulnerability is fixed in version 13.0.0. |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, userSessionLogout() in src/RestControllers/AuthorizationController.php uses decodeToken() to process an id_token_hint without verifying its signature and, when the referenced trusted session is absent, redirects to the caller-supplied post_logout_redirect_uri before validating it against the client's registered redirect URIs. An unauthenticated attacker can craft a logout link that sends a user to an arbitrary external site and invalidates the user's session, enabling convincing phishing flows from the legitimate logout endpoint. The endpoint is reachable when the OpenEMR REST API is enabled. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0. |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.4.0, controllers/C_Document.class.php write actions, including move_action_process(), do not verify the caller's access to the source document, current patient and category, or destination patient and category before Document::change_patient() performs the mutation. A low-privilege authenticated user can reassign an arbitrary document to a patient or category the user can access and then retrieve it through the normally protected read path. The reassignment occurs before a later list rendering check, so a final HTTP 403 response does not mean the unauthorized write was blocked. This issue is fixed in version 8.4.0. |
