CVSS v3.1 |
| A hard-coded
cryptographic key vulnerability exists in the user-configuration backup
mechanism of TP-Link RE305 V3 and Archer C7 V5. A fixed AES-128 key and
initialization vector are embedded in the firmware configuration-management
component. An attacker who obtains an affected configuration backup file may
extract the cryptographic material from the firmware and use it to decrypt the
backup.
Successful
exploitation may disclose sensitive configuration information contained in a
backup file, including administrator passwords and Wi-Fi credentials. |
| Forge (also called node-forge) is a native implementation of Transport Layer Security in JavaScript. Prior to 1.4.1, the affected implementation used decipher.finish(), CBC and ECB modes, PKCS#7 padding to process the relevant input or security decision. node-forge validated only the final byte of PKCS#7 padding during CBC and ECB decryption and accepted zero, oversized, or mismatched padding bytes. Malformed ciphertext could consequently be accepted and up to four plaintext blocks could be silently removed, causing an integrity failure in applications that treated successful decryption as proof of valid padding. This issue is fixed in version 1.4.1. |
| A hard-coded cryptographic key vulnerability exists in the OnCell G3150A-LTE Series. Under certain conditions, an unauthenticated remote attacker could obtain shared cryptographic key material and use it to impersonate affected devices that have not regenerated their cryptographic keys, potentially compromising the confidentiality and integrity of management communications. |
| Dell OS Recovery tool versions, prior to 2.4.4, contain a use of Hard-coded Cryptographic Key vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with physical access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Information Disclosure. |
| Gogs is an open source self-hosted Git service. Prior to 0.14.3, password-reset tokens are generated using conf.Auth.ActivateCodeLives (the account-activation lifetime), not conf.Auth.ResetPasswordCodeLives. The token lifetime is baked into the token itself at generation time and is re-extracted from the token at verification time, making RESET_PASSWORD_CODE_LIVES irrelevant to actual enforcement. When an administrator configures a shorter reset window (e.g., 10 minutes) for compliance or security reasons, reset tokens remain exploitable for the full activation lifetime instead, while the reset email falsely advertises the shorter expiry. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.14.3. |
| Inadequate encryption strength in SSL in Google Chrome prior to 157.0.8103.38 allowed a remote attacker to potentially bypass web origin policy via crafted network traffic. (Chromium security severity: Low) |
| Inadequate encryption strength for some Edge Orchestrator software for Intel(R) Tiber™ Edge Platform may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via adjacent access. |
| IBM Concert 1.0.0 through 3.0.0 uses weaker than expected cryptographic algorithms that could allow an attacker to decrypt highly sensitive information. |
| IBM Concert 1.0 through 3.0.0 uses weaker than expected cryptographic algorithms that could allow an attacker to decrypt highly sensitive information. |

| Use of hard-coded cryptographic key vulnerability in Johnson Controls Kantech Entrapass allows Padding Oracle Crypto Attack.
This issue affects Kantech Entrapass: before 9.20. |
| The vulnerability is that Krill encrypts every login-session token with a nonce built from a counter that is reset to 0 on every Krill restart, so the same (key, nonce) pair is used again after each restart. |
| Vulnerability in the Advanced Networking Option component of Oracle Database Server. Supported versions that are affected are 12.1.0.2, 12.2.0.1 and 19c. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via Oracle Net to compromise Advanced Networking Option. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Advanced Networking Option, attacks may significantly impact additional products. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Advanced Networking Option. Note: The July 2021 Critical Patch Update introduces a number of Native Network Encryption changes to deal with vulnerability CVE-2021-2351 and prevent the use of weaker ciphers. Customers should review: "Changes in Native Network Encryption with the July 2021 Critical Patch Update" (Doc ID 2791571.1). CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.3 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:H). |
| ChaCha20-Poly1305 is an AEAD cipher, and requires a unique nonce input for every encryption operation. RFC 7539 specifies that the nonce value (IV) should be 96 bits (12 bytes). OpenSSL allows a variable nonce length and front pads the nonce with 0 bytes if it is less than 12 bytes. However it also incorrectly allows a nonce to be set of up to 16 bytes. In this case only the last 12 bytes are significant and any additional leading bytes are ignored. It is a requirement of using this cipher that nonce values are unique. Messages encrypted using a reused nonce value are susceptible to serious confidentiality and integrity attacks. If an application changes the default nonce length to be longer than 12 bytes and then makes a change to the leading bytes of the nonce expecting the new value to be a new unique nonce then such an application could inadvertently encrypt messages with a reused nonce. Additionally the ignored bytes in a long nonce are not covered by the integrity guarantee of this cipher. Any application that relies on the integrity of these ignored leading bytes of a long nonce may be further affected. Any OpenSSL internal use of this cipher, including in SSL/TLS, is safe because no such use sets such a long nonce value. However user applications that use this cipher directly and set a non-default nonce length to be longer than 12 bytes may be vulnerable. OpenSSL versions 1.1.1 and 1.1.0 are affected by this issue. Due to the limited scope of affected deployments this has been assessed as low severity and therefore we are not creating new releases at this time. Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1c (Affected 1.1.1-1.1.1b). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.0k (Affected 1.1.0-1.1.0j). |
| This vulnerability exists in the CreditNirvana Agentic AI Call Centre application due to hardcoded static API Key in the client side JavaScript bundle. An unauthenticated remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by downloading client side JavaScript files and extracting API key, which could lead to make arbitrary API calls to retrieve call transcripts and recordings through the application API of the targeted system. |
| AJ-Report through 1.7.1 signs share tokens with a hard-coded JWT secret, allowing attackers to forge valid Share-Tokens offline. Attackers can mint a token with reportCode 'dataSet' to access the testTransform endpoint, which passes scripts to GroovyClassLoader for unauthenticated remote code execution. |
| TTLock Android application before v9.8.260718 and associated smart-lock firmware contain a hardcoded static AES key vulnerability that allows an attacker within Bluetooth range to decrypt the per-pairing session key transmitted during BLE pairing. Attackers can observe the pairing exchange, recover the persistent session key using the embedded defaultKey, and forge authenticated BLE requests to unlock the device, add fingerprints or access codes, and perform administrative actions without authentication or user interaction. |
| ng-antd-admin is an Angular and NestJS administration system template. Prior to 22.0, a hardcoded default `JWT` secret permits token forgery when a deployment has not replaced the default secret, without a startup warning. An attacker can bypass authentication and authorization, impersonate any user including administrators, and access protected API endpoints, leading to account takeover, data leakage and unauthorized operations. Version 22.0 rejects the shipped secret in production but permits it with a warning in non-production environments. |
