CVSS v3.1 |
| Kopia through 0.23.1 contains a path traversal vulnerability in copyDirectoryContent that allows users with repository write access to escape the restore directory via crafted entry names. Attackers can create snapshots whose directory manifest entries are named '..', so victims restoring with default options write attacker-chosen content outside the restore directory. |
| Dell OpenManage Enterprise, versions prior to 4.8.0, contains an Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with adjacent network access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Information exposure. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in Webpro-nl Knip up to 6.44.0. The impacted element is the function writeFile of the file packages/knip/src/IssueFixer.ts of the component Workspace Handler. Such manipulation of the argument workspaces leads to path traversal. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| LobeHub Chat from 1.84.26 before 2.1.49 contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows authenticated users to write arbitrary files by supplying unsanitized file names to writeTempFile(). Attackers can create a file record via file.createFile with a traversal name, then trigger document parsing to overwrite application files like startServer.js for code execution or denial of service. |
| Tanium addressed a path traversal vulnerability in Tanium Data Service. |
| CloudBeaver is a cloud database manager. From version 23.2.3 until 26.1.2, a path traversal vulnerability in its SQL result-editing functionality allows an authenticated user with SQL result-editing privileges to cause the server to open files outside the intended temporary upload directory. In affected database value-handling scenarios, this can disclose local files readable by the CloudBeaver server process. Version 26.1.2 prevents traversal outside the intended temporary upload directory. |
| CloudBeaver is a cloud database manager. Prior to 26.1.2, its resource-management project resolution accepts project identifiers without validating that they are safe path components. An authenticated user with resource-management privileges can supply a crafted project identifier that causes path resolution to escape the shared-projects directory and enumerate directory names elsewhere on the server. This can disclose filesystem layout information. Arbitrary file reads, writes, and deletion are not confirmed. The issue is fixed in 26.1.2 by validating project names before resolving the shared-project path. |
| A flaw was found in WildFly. A user with the `Monitor` role, which is the lowest standard Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) role, can exploit a path traversal vulnerability in the `take-snapshot` operation. By manipulating the `name` parameter, this user can write a copy of the server configuration to an arbitrary location. This allows the `Monitor` role to read back the server configuration, including sensitive credentials, which would otherwise be restricted by RBAC, leading to information disclosure. |
| DDEV is an open-source tool for running local web development environments for PHP and Node.js. From 1.25.2 until 1.25.4, Untar in pkg/archive/archive.go validates an absolute tar symlink target after rebasing it beneath dest, but creates the symlink with the raw absolute Linkname. A crafted archive can therefore plant a host-absolute symlink and use a following regular-file entry to write outside the extraction directory. The flaw is reachable through remote add-on retrieval and database or file imports, and overwriting shell startup files, Git hooks, or cron entries can lead to code execution in the DDEV user's context. Unzip is not affected. This issue is fixed in version 1.25.4. |
| An improper limitation of a pathname to a restricted directory ('path traversal') vulnerability in Fortinet FortiSOAR PaaS 7.6.0 through 7.6.3, FortiSOAR PaaS 7.5.0 through 7.5.3, FortiSOAR PaaS 7.4 all versions, FortiSOAR PaaS 7.3 all versions, FortiSOAR on-premise 7.6.0 through 7.6.3, FortiSOAR on-premise 7.5.0 through 7.5.3, FortiSOAR on-premise 7.4 all versions, FortiSOAR on-premise 7.3 all versions may allow an authenticated remote attacker to perform path traversal attack via File Content Extraction actions. |
| In Apache James server prior version 3.9.1 relying on the SieveFileRepository incorect validation of file paths can result in path transversal, allowing to set arbitrary SIEVE scripts for other users.
This allows a logged in attacker to set arbitrary SIEVE scripts for other users, resulting in denial of service or even traffic capture.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.9.1 which fixes this issue. |
| In Progress® Telerik® Document Processing Libraries prior to version 2026.3.1027, a path traversal vulnerability in the Convert and Merge AI agent tools allows an authenticated attacker with low privileges who can supply tool arguments to read files outside the configured output directory, and to overwrite such files where they are writable, via relative file paths that resolve against the process current working directory. |
| The Photo Reviews for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized Media Library File Deletion in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.31. This is due to the `delete_reviews_image()` function's `delete_comment` hook trusting attachment IDs supplied via the `wcpr_image_upload_id` POST parameter that were stored in comment meta without any ownership or capability check — `viwcpr_filter_review_image_ids()` verifies only that each submitted ID refers to an attachment post type, not that the submitter uploaded or owns it. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to permanently delete any WordPress media library attachment — including its files on disk as recorded by `wp_delete_attachment()` — by embedding attacker-chosen attachment IDs into a review comment, then waiting for a moderator to remove the review or for WordPress core's `wp_scheduled_delete` cron to purge it after `EMPTY_TRASH_DAYS`. The nonce required to submit the parameter (`wcpr_image_upload`) is a shared public value printed on every product page for guest commenters and does not function as an authentication barrier, making this trivially exploitable without any account. |
| CallBackery versions before 0.60.1 for Perl let unauthenticated clients read the POD of any file via path traversal in the /doc route.
Every CallBackery application mounts its documentation plugin at /doc, ahead of any session check. The route passes the requested name to Pod::Simple::Search->find without validation. find splits the name on "::" and joins the parts into a file path, so a name such as "..::..::..::etc::motd" escapes @INC.
Any file the server process can read is reachable. Only POD is rendered, but a file with a POD directive and no "=cut" is POD to the end of the file. |
| Charmbracelet wish before 2.0.5 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the git middleware (charm.land/wish/v2) that allows authenticated SSH users to escape the configured repository directory by supplying crafted repo paths that bypass a flawed forward-slash-count containment check in git.Middleware(). Attackers can use a single-depth path ../evil, or on Windows a payload ..\..\evil that defeats the slash-count guard entirely, to read or write arbitrary repositories outside the intended root via git-upload-pack, git-upload-archive, or git-receive-pack. |
| Usermin through 2.570 contains a path traversal vulnerability in mailbox/detachall.cgi that allows remote unauthenticated attackers to write files outside the temporary directory via unsanitized attachment filenames. Attackers can email attachments with ../ sequences in filenames, and when the recipient downloads all attachments, files like ~/.forward are overwritten, enabling command execution. |
| Immich is a high-performance self-hosted photo and video management solution. Prior to 3.3.0, the unauthenticated machine-learning /predict endpoint in machine-learning/immich_ml/main.py accepted an options object and passed its values into model construction in machine-learning/immich_ml/models/base.py without restricting security-sensitive parameters. An attacker with network access to the service could set cache_dir to an arbitrary writable path, causing model downloads to write there and causing clear_cache() to pass that path to shutil.rmtree() after selected model-loading failures. Depending on filesystem permissions and the selected path, this could modify files in mounted data locations or recursively delete an attacker-selected directory. The model-name allowlist prevents this issue from becoming arbitrary-model deserialization or code execution. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.0. |
| The ELEX WordPress HelpDesk & Customer Ticketing System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file deletion due to insufficient file path validation in the factory_reset function in all versions up to, and including, 3.3.8 This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete arbitrary files on the server, which can easily lead to remote code execution when the right file is deleted (such as wp-config.php). This vulnerability is exploitable via a two-step chain: an unauthenticated attacker first stores an arbitrary ticket_attachment_path value by submitting a ticket through the nopriv eh_crm_new_ticket_post AJAX endpoint (whose nonce is publicly exposed via the [wsdesk_support] shortcode), then triggers the factory_reset routine via a GET request to wp-admin/admin.php?page=wsdesk_factory_reset, which is guarded only by is_admin() — a request-type check — rather than a capability check, causing unlink() to be called on the attacker-supplied path. |
| Dagu is a workflow engine with a built-in Web user interface. Prior to version 2.11.0, its MCP dagu_read operation with target dag_spec invokes the DAG specification API directly, bypassing the HTTP middleware introduced for CVE-2026-33344. The underlying resolver does not restrict resolved paths to configured DAG directories. An authenticated attacker with a viewer-role API key can supply an absolute or traversing path to read .yaml or .yml files outside those directories that are accessible to the Dagu process. The affected operation does not provide write or execution capability. This issue is fixed in version 2.11.0. |
| A flaw was found in the PathResourceManager component of the Undertow web server. This component is responsible for serving static files from the file system. The issue occurs because the mechanism used to verify if a symbolic link points to a safe location only checks if the target path starts with a specific string, without ensuring it matches a full directory name. This could allow an attacker to access files in a sibling directory if that directorys name starts with the same characters as an authorized safe directory. |
