CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
RDMA/hns: Fix double destruction of rsv_qp
rsv_qp may be double destroyed in error flow, first in free_mr_init(),
and then in hns_roce_exit(). Fix it by moving the free_mr_init() call
into hns_roce_v2_init().
list_del corruption, ffff589732eb9b50->next is LIST_POISON1 (dead000000000100)

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
PCI: endpoint: pci-epf-test: Fix double free that causes kernel to oops
Fix a kernel oops found while testing the stm32_pcie Endpoint driver
with handling of PERST# deassertion:
During EP initialization, pci_epf_test_alloc_space() allocates all BARs,
which are further freed if epc_set_bar() fails (for instance, due to no
free inbound window).
However, when pci_epc_set_bar() fails, the error path:
pci_epc_set_bar() ->
pci_epf_free_space()
does not clear the previous assignment to epf_test->reg[bar].
Then, if the host reboots, the PERST# deassertion restarts the BAR
allocation sequence with the same allocation failure (no free inbound
window), creating a double free situation since epf_test->reg[bar] was
deallocated and is still non-NULL.
Thus, make sure that pci_epf_alloc_space() and pci_epf_free_space()
invocations are symmetric, and as such, set epf_test->reg[bar] to NULL
when memory is freed.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
smb: client: fix double free of TCP_Server_Info::hostname
When shutting down the server in cifs_put_tcp_session(), cifsd thread
might be reconnecting to multiple DFS targets before it realizes it
should exit the loop, so @server->hostname can't be freed as long as
cifsd thread isn't done. Otherwise the following can happen:

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/amdgpu: fix double free err_addr pointer warnings
In amdgpu_umc_bad_page_polling_timeout, the amdgpu_umc_handle_bad_pages
will be run many times so that double free err_addr in some special case.
So set the err_addr to NULL to avoid the warnings. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
media: mediatek: vcodec: Only free buffer VA that is not NULL
In the MediaTek vcodec driver, while mtk_vcodec_mem_free() is mostly
called only when the buffer to free exists, there are some instances
that didn't do the check and triggered warnings in practice.
We believe those checks were forgotten unintentionally. Add the checks
back to fix the warnings. |
| A Double Free vulnerability [CWE-415] vulnerability in Fortinet FortiOS 7.6.0 through 7.6.8, FortiOS 7.4 all versions, FortiOS 7.2 all versions, FortiOS 7.0 all versions, FortiProxy 7.6.0 through 7.6.6, FortiProxy 7.4 all versions, FortiProxy 7.2 all versions, FortiProxy 7.0 all versions, FortiSwitch 7.6.0 through 7.6.6, FortiSwitch 7.4 all versions, FortiSwitch 7.2 all versions may allow a local authenticated attacker to crash the newcli daemon via crafted CLI commands. |
| Double free in Connected Devices Platform Service (Cdpsvc) allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Double free in Windows Wired AutoConfig Service allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Double free in Windows Error Reporting allows an authorized attacker to execute code locally. |
| A double free issue was addressed with improved memory management. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.2, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. An attacker on the local network may be able to cause unexpected system termination or corrupt process memory. |
| Double free in Windows Shell allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| Double free in Windows TCP/IP allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| A double-free and use-after-free vulnerability was found in NFS-Ganesha. When an NFSv4.1 COMPOUND request caches a READ reply in the session-slot replay cache, the READ data buffer is freed on first transmission but the cache retains a dangling pointer. A subsequent legal protocol replay re-sends the freed buffer contents to the client and frees the pointer again, resulting in remote heap information disclosure and a daemon crash. |
| Double free in Windows BitLocker allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Double free in Windows Ancillary Function Driver for WinSock allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| libIEC61850 is an open-source implementation of IEC 61850 client and server protocols including MMS, GOOSE, Sampled Values, and R-Session. From 1.6.1 until 1.6.2, a successful MMS ObtainFile operation closes MmsObtainFileTask::fileHandle but leaves the stale non-NULL value in a task marked MMS_FILE_UPLOAD_STATE_NOT_USED. If a later ObtainFile request reuses that task and destination creation fails, MMS_FILE_UPLOAD_STATE_SEND_OBTAIN_FILE_ERROR_DESTINATION cleanup closes the stale FILE object again. Servers with the MMS file service and ObtainFile enabled can therefore be crashed remotely by the success-then-failure request sequence. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.2. |
| Remote Code Execution in Windows Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) allows attacker to gain an unauthorized access to victim's machine |
| Double free in Microsoft Failover Cluster Virtual Driver allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| Double free in Windows Libarchive allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| FreeRDP before 3.32.0 contains a double-free vulnerability in nsc_context_initialize_encode() that leaves dangling plane pointers after a partial buffer growth failure. Attackers using a crafted RDP client can negotiate NSCodec with a large desktop geometry to trigger allocation failure, crashing the server during context teardown. |
