CVSS v3.1 |
| Stanza is a Stanford NLP Python library for tokenization, sentence segmentation, NER, and parsing of many human languages. From 1.14.0 until 1.15.0, loading an attacker-supplied lemmatizer checkpoint can execute arbitrary code because stanza/models/lemma/trainer.py stores pos_dict as gzip-compressed pickle bytes and Trainer.load passes the decompressed stream to unrestricted pickle.loads. The outer torch.load call uses weights_only=True, but the nested bytes are treated as a primitive and are not inspected by that allowlist. The path is reachable during pipeline construction through a caller-influenced lemma_model_path, before inference begins. This issue is fixed in version 1.15.0. |
| An SSTI (Server-Side Template Injection) vulnerability exists in the get_dunning_letter_text method of Frappe ERPNext through 15.89.0. The function renders attacker-controlled Jinja2 templates (body_text) using frappe.render_template() with a user-supplied context (doc). Although Frappe uses a custom SandboxedEnvironment, several dangerous globals such as frappe.db.sql are still available in the execution context via get_safe_globals(). An authenticated attacker with access to configure Dunning Type and its child table Dunning Letter Text can inject arbitrary Jinja expressions, resulting in server-side code execution within a restricted but still unsafe context. This can leak database information. |
| In Apache CloudStack improper control of generation of code ('Code Injection') vulnerability is found in the following APIs which are accessible only to admins.
* quotaTariffCreate
* quotaTariffUpdate
* createSecondaryStorageSelector
* updateSecondaryStorageSelector
* updateHost
* updateStorage
This issue affects Apache CloudStack: from 4.18.0 before 4.20.2, from 4.21.0 before 4.22.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to versions 4.20.2 or 4.22.0, which contain the fix.
The fix introduces a new global configuration flag, js.interpretation.enabled, allowing administrators to control the interpretation of JavaScript expressions in these APIs, thereby mitigating the code injection risk. |
| An Improper Control of Generation of Code ('Code Injection') vulnerability [CWE-94] in FortiClientMac 7.4.0 through 7.4.3, 7.2.1 through 7.2.8 may allow an unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code on the victim's host via tricking the user into visiting a malicious website. |
| pgAdmin versions up to 9.10 are affected by a Remote Code Execution (RCE) vulnerability that occurs when running in server mode and performing restores from PLAIN-format dump files. This issue allows attackers to inject and execute arbitrary commands on the server hosting pgAdmin, posing a critical risk to the integrity and security of the database management system and underlying data. |
| The Paid Membership Plugin, Ecommerce, User Registration Form, Login Form, User Profile & Restrict Content – ProfilePress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 4.16.7 due to insufficient input sanitization on the `type` parameter in the form preview functionality. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to execute arbitrary shortcodes via the `pp_preview_form` endpoint. |
| Permissive Cross-domain Policy with Untrusted Domains vulnerability in Apache Camel Jetty component.
This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.0.0 before 4.18.5, from 4.19.0 before 4.22.1.
Setting enableCORS on a Jetty endpoint installed Jetty's CrossOriginFilter with its stock defaults, which accept every origin and allow credentials. An operator asking for CORS therefore obtained a policy that lets a page on any origin make credentialed cross-origin requests to the endpoint and read the responses, without any indication that turning the option on had chosen an allow-all policy rather than an empty one to be filled in. This is the same defect class as the platform-http-vertx advisory published alongside it, in a different component.
Upgrade to Apache Camel 4.23.0, which fixes the issue. Users on the 4.18.x LTS releases stream should upgrade to 4.18.5. Users on the 4.22.x LTS releases stream should upgrade to 4.22.1. enableCORS no longer grants credentials to an origin the operator did not name. A deployment that relied on any origin being accepted must now list its origins explicitly. For deployments that cannot upgrade immediately, configure the CrossOriginFilter parameters explicitly rather than relying on what enableCORS installs, naming the allowed origins. |
| Yeti bridges the gap between CTI and DFIR practitioners by providing a Forensics Intelligence platform and pipeline. In version 2.5.0 and earlier, YETI directly interpolates user-controlled sorting fields and filter_aliases attribute paths into ArangoDB AQL identifier and expression positions in core/database_arango.py. A low-privileged authenticated user can send crafted values to POST /api/v2/observables/search, POST /api/v2/entities/search, POST /api/v2/indicators/search, POST /api/v2/dfiq/search, POST /api/v2/search/, or POST /api/v2/graph/search, causing attacker-controlled AQL subexpressions to be parsed and evaluated. This can provide an error oracle, evaluate expressions against internal collections such as users, alter intended search logic, enumerate schema information, and consume excessive database resources. The verified injection points are read and search contexts, so arbitrary database writes are not established. No fixed version is available as of this review. |
| fastapi-code-generator creates FastAPI applications from OpenAPI files. Prior to 0.8.1, the generator inserts Operation.summary into a generated route-handler docstring as a triple-double-quoted string without escaping embedded triple quotes. An attacker-controlled or attacker-influenced operation summary can close the docstring and inject a valid Python expression statement into the handler body. Syntax-breaking input only causes generation to fail, but syntactically valid generated code executes with the server process's privileges when the affected route handler is called. This call-time route-handler docstring sink is distinct from the project's separate import-time route-path and additional-response-key sinks. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.1. |
| Permissive Cross-domain Policy with Untrusted Domains vulnerability in Apache Camel Platform HTTP Vertx component.
This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.0.0 before 4.18.5, from 4.19.0 before 4.22.1.
createCorsHandler() set Access-Control-Allow-Credentials: true outside the origin check, so the header went out on every response to a request carrying an Origin header, including responses to origins the handler had just decided not to allow. When camel.server.cors.origins is unset, the handler treats every origin as allowed and echoes the caller's own Origin back as Access-Control-Allow-Origin. Together those produce the credentialed any-origin configuration that the fetch specification refuses to express as a literal wildcard, which is precisely why reflecting the origin is the usual way around that rule. A page on any origin could therefore make credentialed cross-origin requests to the Camel endpoint and read the responses.
Upgrade to Apache Camel 4.23.0, which fixes the issue. Users on the 4.18.x LTS releases stream should upgrade to 4.18.5. Users on the 4.22.x LTS releases stream should upgrade to 4.22.1. Access-Control-Allow-Credentials is now sent only when the request origin matched an origin the operator actually configured. With no origin list the origin is still reflected, as before, but credentials are not granted, and Vary: Origin is now set whenever the origin is reflected so that a shared cache cannot serve one origin's response to another. For deployments that cannot upgrade immediately, set camel.server.cors.origins to the explicit list of origins that need access rather than leaving it unset. |
| fastapi-code-generator creates FastAPI applications from OpenAPI files. Prior to 0.8.1, the generator inserts an OpenAPI path into a generated @app.get(...) route decorator as a single-quoted generated route string without escaping embedded quotes. An attacker-controlled or attacker-influenced OpenAPI path can close the string and inject a valid Python expression into the decorator argument. Syntax-breaking input only causes generation to fail, but syntactically valid generated code executes with the application's or CI process's privileges when the generated module is imported and the decorator is evaluated. This OpenAPI path sink is distinct from the project's separate operation-summary docstring and additional-response-key sinks. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.1. |
| AzuraCast through 0.23.8 contains a remote code execution vulnerability that allows authenticated station managers to inject Supervisor configuration through the station timezone field. Attackers can submit a timezone containing newlines to the profile edit API, defining a new Supervisor program that executes OS commands as root when configuration regenerates. |
| A vulnerability was identified in Welcart e-Commerce Plugin up to 2.12.6 on WordPress. This affects the function ESCOTT_MAIN::error_page_message of the file classes/paymentESCOTT.main.class.php. Such manipulation of the argument ResponseCd leads to cross site scripting. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. Upgrading to version 2.12.7 mitigates this issue. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component. The value is now escaped with esc_html() before output. The vendor was contacted early, responded in a very professional manner and quickly released a fixed version of the affected product. |
| fastapi-code-generator creates FastAPI applications from OpenAPI files. Prior to 0.8.1, the generator inserts an additional response status-code key into the generated responses={...} route-decorator dictionary as a single-quoted Python string without escaping embedded quotes. A multi-response OpenAPI operation with an attacker-controlled or attacker-influenced second non-primary response key can close the dictionary-key literal and inject a valid Python expression. Syntax-breaking input only causes generation to fail, but syntactically valid generated code executes with the application's or CI process's privileges when the generated module is imported and its decorator arguments are evaluated. This additional-response-key sink is distinct from the project's separate route-path and operation-summary sinks. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.1. |
| PHP remote file inclusion vulnerability in player/includes/common.php in Teake Nutma Foing, as modified in Fully Modded phpBB (phpbbfm) 2021.4.40, allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a URL in the phpbb_root_path parameter. |
| A flaw has been found in Ziroom ZHOME A0101 1.0.1.0 Build 202004151405. This issue affects the function loadstring of the file usr/lib/lua/luci/controller/api/zrUsb.lua of the component Lua Handler. This manipulation causes code injection. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been published and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| An issue in IDrive IDrive Backup for Windows Version 7.0.1.1 and below affected, remediated in Version 7.0.1.2 allows a local attacker to execute arbitrary code via the id_service.exe component |
| Refitter is a tool for generating a C# REST API client using the Refit library. Prior to 2.1.2, OpenAPI `paths`-object keys are emitted verbatim into Refit route attributes such as `[Get("<path>")]` without escaping quotation marks or restricting characters. An attacker-influenced single-line, slash-prefixed path survives default validation without `--skip-validation` and can close the attribute string, interface, and namespace while introducing a top-level file class and reopening the generated structure to keep valid C#. A `[ModuleInitializer]` method executes attacker code when an application compiles and loads the generated assembly at startup, even without calling the generated client. The enum and default value sinks are escaped and are not the vulnerable path-emission sink. The behavior was verified on Refitter 2.0.0 with .NET 8. This issue is fixed in version 2.1.2. |
| Refitter is a tool for generating a C# REST API client using the Refit library. Prior to 2.1.2, the header parameter name in `parameters[].name` with `in: header` is emitted verbatim into a Refit `[Header("<name>")]` attribute string without escaping quotation marks. An attacker-influenced OpenAPI description can pass default validation without `--skip-validation` and break out from the parameter-list position by closing the parameter and method syntax, attribute, interface, and namespace. The generated file can remain valid C# while containing a top-level file class with a `[ModuleInitializer]` method, which executes attacker code when the compiled assembly is loaded at application startup, even if the client is never called. Query `AliasAs` and enum/default value sinks are escaped; this flaw is in header-name attribute-string emission. The behavior was verified with Refitter 2.0.0 and .NET 8. This issue is fixed in version 2.1.2. |
| TAKO AI Agent for Okta is a local-first AI agent that helps Okta administrators query tenant data using natural language. Prior to 3.0.1-beta, any authenticated user with a valid `fctr_session` cookie can submit arbitrary Python source in the `script_code` field of `POST /api/react/execute-script`, without administrator privilege. In `src/api/routers/react_stream.py`, the source is stored with `skip_discovery=True`, bypassing AI-based content filtering, and is passed to `validate_generated_code` in `src/utils/security_config.py`. `BLOCKED_PATTERNS` recognizes direct `__import__` calls but misses the import name passed as a string, `getattr` is in `ALLOWED_BUILTINS`, and the AST checker handles `ast.Name` and `ast.Attribute` targets but fails to handle `ast.Call` targets. Dynamic `getattr` call chains through `__builtins__` therefore evade validation. The `_write_temp_script` helper writes the accepted code to disk, and `asyncio.create_subprocess_exec()` executes it as the application process user, which is root in the default container. Command output is returned as Server-Sent Events through `GET /api/react/stream-react-updates?process_id=<id>`. The resulting container compromise can disclose environment secrets including Okta API tokens and the JWT key, expose the SQLite database, and permit backend-service pivoting and persistence. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.1-beta. |
