Logins saved by Firefox should be managed by the Password Manager component which uses encryption to save files on-disk. Instead, the username (not password) was saved by the Form Manager to an unencrypted file on disk. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 106.
| BigFix deployments that have installed the Notification Service on Windows are susceptible to disclosing SMTP BigFix operator's sensitive data in clear text. Operators who use Notification Service related content from BES Support are at risk of leaving their SMTP sensitive data exposed.

In JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA before 2022.3.1 the "Validate JSP File" action used the HTTP protocol to download required JAR files.
A vulnerability was found in SICUNET Access Controller 0.32-05z. It has been declared as problematic. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the component Password Storage. The manipulation leads to weak encryption. Attacking locally is a requirement.
A vulnerability classified as problematic was found in Teleopti WFM up to 7.1.0. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file /TeleoptiWFM/Administration/GetOneTenant of the component Administration. The manipulation leads to information disclosure (Credentials). The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue.
A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, was found in SourceCodester Guest Management System. Affected is an unknown function. The manipulation leads to cleartext storage of passwords in the database. The identifier of this vulnerability is VDB-206400.
IBM Security Verify Governance, Identity Manager 10.0.1 stores sensitive information including user credentials in plain clear text which can be read by a local privileged user. IBM X-Force ID: 225007.
A vulnerability was found in whohas. It has been rated as problematic. This issue affects some unknown processing of the component Package Information Handler. The manipulation leads to cleartext transmission of sensitive information. The attack may be initiated remotely. The real existence of this vulnerability is still doubted at the moment. The name of the patch is 667c3e2e9178f15c23d7918b5db25cd0792c8472. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue. The associated identifier of this vulnerability is VDB-216251. NOTE: Most sources redirect to the encrypted site which limits the possibilities of an attack.
A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in Click Studios Passwordstate and Passwordstate Browser Extension Chrome. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality. The manipulation leads to risky cryptographic algorithm. Local access is required to approach this attack. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The identifier of this vulnerability is VDB-216272.

A cleartext storage of sensitive information vulnerability exists in PcVue versions 8.10 through 15.2.3. This could
allow an unauthorized user with access the email and short messaging service (SMS) accounts configuration files
to discover the associated simple mail transfer protocol (SMTP) account credentials and the SIM card PIN code.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could allow an unauthorized user access to the underlying email
account and SIM card.

Sensitive Cookie in HTTPS Session Without 'Secure' Attribute in GitHub repository thorsten/phpmyfaq prior to 3.1.9.
Cleartext Transmission of Sensitive Information vulnerability in ForgeRock Inc. OpenIDM and Java Remote Connector Server (RCS) LDAP Connector on Windows, MacOS, Linux allows Remote Services with Stolen Credentials. This issue affects OpenIDM and Java Remote Connector Server (RCS): from 1.5.20.9 through 1.5.20.13.
The Noise protocol implementation suffers from weakened cryptographic security after encrypting 2^64 messages, and a potential denial of service attack. After 2^64 (~18.4 quintillion) messages are encrypted with the Encrypt function, the nonce counter will wrap around, causing multiple messages to be encrypted with the same key and nonce. In a separate issue, the Decrypt function increments the nonce state even when it fails to decrypt a message. If an attacker can provide an invalid input to the Decrypt function, this will cause the nonce state to desynchronize between the peers, resulting in a failure to encrypt all subsequent messages.
The Dino Village (aka com.tappocket.dinovillage) application 1.6 for Android does not verify X.509 certificates from SSL servers, which allows man-in-the-middle attackers to spoof servers and obtain sensitive information via a crafted certificate.
The Application Lifecycle Service (ALS) in HP Helion Cloud Development Platform 1.0, when a virtual machine is derived from the Seed Node image, uses the same security keys across different customers' installations, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by leveraging these keys for a connection.
The AppCacheUpdateJob::URLFetcher::OnResponseStarted function in content/browser/appcache/appcache_update_job.cc in Google Chrome before 40.0.2214.91 proceeds with AppCache caching for SSL sessions even if there is an X.509 certificate error, which allows man-in-the-middle attackers to spoof HTML5 application content via a crafted certificate.
VDSM allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (connection blocking) by keeping an SSL connection open.
The Remote Mobile Access Subsystem in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CM) 10.0(1) and earlier does not properly validate the Subject Alternative Name (SAN) field of an X.509 certificate, which allows man-in-the-middle attackers to spoof VCS core devices via a crafted certificate issued by a legitimate Certification Authority, aka Bug ID CSCuq86376.
librsync before 1.0.0 uses a truncated MD4 checksum to match blocks, which makes it easier for remote attackers to modify transmitted data via a birthday attack.
Linksys SMART WiFi firmware on EA2700 and EA3500 devices; before 2.1.41 build 162351 on E4200v2 and EA4500 devices; before 1.1.41 build 162599 on EA6200 devices; before 1.1.40 build 160989 on EA6300, EA6400, EA6500, and EA6700 devices; and before 1.1.42 build 161129 on EA6900 devices allows remote attackers to obtain the administrator's MD5 password hash via a direct request for the /.htpasswd URI.
