| A flaw exists in the nbdkit "blocksize" filter that can be triggered by a specific type of client request. When a client requests block status information for a very large data range, exceeding a certain limit, it causes an internal error in the nbdkit, leading to a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2025-47711 | 2 Nbdkit Project, Redhat | 5 Nbdkit, Advanced Virtualization, Enterprise Linux and 2 more | 2026-11-05 | 6.5 Medium |
| There's a flaw in the nbdkit server when handling responses from its plugins regarding the status of data blocks. If a client makes a specific request for a very large data range, and a plugin responds with an even larger single block, the nbdkit server can encounter a critical internal error, leading to a denial-of-service. | ||||
| CVE-2025-4877 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Rhel Els | 2026-11-05 | 4.5 Medium |
| There's a vulnerability in the libssh package where when a libssh consumer passes in an unexpectedly large input buffer to ssh_get_fingerprint_hash() function. In such cases the bin_to_base64() function can experience an integer overflow leading to a memory under allocation, when that happens it's possible that the program perform out of bounds write leading to a heap corruption. This issue affects only 32-bits builds of libssh. | ||||
| CVE-2025-5449 | 2 Libssh, Redhat | 4 Libssh, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 1 more | 2026-11-05 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the SFTP server message decoding logic of libssh. The issue occurs due to an incorrect packet length check that allows an integer overflow when handling large payload sizes on 32-bit systems. This issue leads to failed memory allocation and causes the server process to crash, resulting in a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2025-0690 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Rhel Els | 2026-11-05 | 6.1 Medium |
| The read command is used to read the keyboard input from the user, while reads it keeps the input length in a 32-bit integer value which is further used to reallocate the line buffer to accept the next character. During this process, with a line big enough it's possible to make this variable to overflow leading to a out-of-bounds write in the heap based buffer. This flaw may be leveraged to corrupt grub's internal critical data and secure boot bypass is not discarded as consequence. | ||||
| CVE-2025-0678 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 5 Grub2, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 2 more | 2026-11-05 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in grub2. When reading data from a squash4 filesystem, grub's squash4 fs module uses user-controlled parameters from the filesystem geometry to determine the internal buffer size, however, it improperly checks for integer overflows. A maliciously crafted filesystem may lead some of those buffer size calculations to overflow, causing it to perform a grub_malloc() operation with a smaller size than expected. As a result, the direct_read() will perform a heap based out-of-bounds write during data reading. This flaw may be leveraged to corrupt grub's internal critical data and may result in arbitrary code execution, by-passing secure boot protections. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112565 | 1 Apple | 5 Ios And Ipados, Ipados, Iphone Os and 2 more | 2026-11-05 | 7.5 High |

This issue is fixed in iOS 26.7 and iPadOS 26.7, iOS 27.2 and iPadOS 27.2, macOS Golden Gate 27.2, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2, visionOS 27.2. Processing a maliciously crafted 3D model may lead to memory corruption. | ||||
| CVE-2025-14512 | 2 Gnome, Redhat | 17 Glib, Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager and 14 more | 2026-11-05 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in glib. This vulnerability allows a heap buffer overflow and denial-of-service (DoS) via an integer overflow in GLib's GIO (GLib Input/Output) escape_byte_string() function when processing malicious file or remote filesystem attribute values. | ||||
| CVE-2025-14242 | 1 Redhat | 8 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Rhel Aus and 5 more | 2026-11-05 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in vsftpd. This vulnerability allows a denial of service (DoS) via an integer overflow in the ls command parameter parsing, triggered by a remote, authenticated attacker sending a crafted STAT command with a specific byte sequence. | ||||
| CVE-2025-14087 | 2 Gnome, Redhat | 17 Glib, Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager and 14 more | 2026-11-05 | 5.6 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GLib (Gnome Lib). This vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause heap corruption, leading to a denial of service or potential code execution via a buffer-underflow in the GVariant parser when processing maliciously crafted input strings. | ||||
| CVE-2025-13601 | 2 Gnome, Redhat | 41 Glib, Ceph Storage, Codeready Linux Builder and 38 more | 2026-11-05 | 7.7 High |
| A heap-based buffer overflow problem was found in glib through an incorrect calculation of buffer size in the g_escape_uri_string() function. If the string to escape contains a very large number of unacceptable characters (which would need escaping), the calculation of the length of the escaped string could overflow, leading to a potential write off the end of the newly allocated string. | ||||
| CVE-2024-45779 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 4 Grub2, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 1 more | 2026-11-05 | 6 Medium |
| An integer overflow flaw was found in the BFS file system driver in grub2. When reading a file with an indirect extent map, grub2 fails to validate the number of extent entries to be read. A crafted or corrupted BFS filesystem may cause an integer overflow during the file reading, leading to a heap of bounds read. As a consequence, sensitive data may be leaked, or grub2 will crash. | ||||
| CVE-2024-45778 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 5 Grub2, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 2 more | 2026-11-05 | 4.1 Medium |
| A stack overflow flaw was found when reading a BFS file system. A crafted BFS filesystem may lead to an uncontrolled loop, causing grub2 to crash. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112519 | 1 Apple | 1 Macos | 2026-11-05 | 7.5 High |
| An integer overflow was addressed with improved input validation. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.2, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. Connecting to a malicious VNC server may cause a denial-of-service. | ||||
| CVE-2024-45780 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 4 Grub2, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 1 more | 2026-11-05 | 6.7 Medium |
| A flaw was found in grub2. When reading tar files, grub2 allocates an internal buffer for the file name. However, it fails to properly verify the allocation against possible integer overflows. It's possible to cause the allocation length to overflow with a crafted tar file, leading to a heap out-of-bounds write. This flaw eventually allows an attacker to circumvent secure boot protections. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54412 | 1 Liambindle | 1 Mqtt-c | 2026-11-05 | 8.2 High |
| LiamBindle MQTT-C versions prior to 1.1.7 contain a heap-based out-of-bounds read and integer underflow in the mqtt_unpack_publish_response() function in src/mqtt.c. A remote unauthenticated attacker controlling an MQTT broker, or capable of injecting MQTT traffic into an unencrypted session, can crash a subscribed MQTT-C client and potentially disclose adjacent heap memory by sending a single crafted PUBLISH packet. | ||||
| CVE-2024-1441 | 1 Redhat | 3 Advanced Virtualization, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els | 2026-11-05 | 5.5 Medium |
| An off-by-one error flaw was found in the udevListInterfacesByStatus() function in libvirt when the number of interfaces exceeds the size of the `names` array. This issue can be reproduced by sending specially crafted data to the libvirt daemon, allowing an unprivileged client to perform a denial of service attack by causing the libvirt daemon to crash. | ||||
| CVE-2024-0565 | 3 Linux, Netapp, Redhat | 7 Linux Kernel, Ontap Tools, Enterprise Linux and 4 more | 2026-11-05 | 6.8 Medium |
| An out-of-bounds memory read flaw was found in receive_encrypted_standard in fs/smb/client/smb2ops.c in the SMB Client sub-component in the Linux Kernel. This issue occurs due to integer underflow on the memcpy length, leading to a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-119340 | 1 Tesseract-ocr | 1 Tesseract Ocr | 2026-11-05 | 5.5 Medium |
| Tesseract is an open source OCR engine. Prior to 5.5.4, GENERIC_2D_ARRAY::DeSerializeSize in src/ccstruct/matrix.h reads matrix dimensions as signed int32_t values and compares them only with UINT16_MAX, allowing negative values to reach ResizeNoInit. Negative dimensions or a 65535 by 65535 product can create inconsistent allocation state and later out-of-bounds accesses while loading a crafted traineddata file, causing denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 5.5.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92248 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Rhel E4s, Rhel Els | 2026-11-05 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in the file-psd plugin in GIMP. When generating a thumbnail preview for a specially crafted PSD (Photoshop Document) image file, an integer overflow occurs during the multiplication of values from an embedded JPEG header. This leads to an undersized heap allocation, resulting in a heap-based buffer overflow when the image data is decoded. This buffer overflow corrupts adjacent heap objects, allowing for a controlled memory write that can result in an application crash or arbitrary code execution. | ||||
