CVE-2025-6199 2 Gnome, Redhat 3 Gdkpixbuf, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els 2026-11-06 3.3 Low
A flaw was found in the GIF parser of GdkPixbuf’s LZW decoder. When an invalid symbol is encountered during decompression, the decoder sets the reported output size to the full buffer length rather than the actual number of written bytes. This logic error results in uninitialized sections of the buffer being included in the output, potentially leaking arbitrary memory contents in the processed image.
CVE-2007-5894 1 Mit 1 Kerberos 5 2026-11-06 N/A
The reply function in ftpd.c in the gssftp ftpd in MIT Kerberos 5 (krb5) does not initialize the length variable when auth_type has a certain value, which has unknown impact and remote authenticated attack vectors. NOTE: the original disclosure misidentifies the conditions under which the uninitialized variable is used. NOTE: the vendor disputes this issue, stating " The 'length' variable is only uninitialized if 'auth_type' is neither the 'KERBEROS_V4' nor 'GSSAPI'; this condition cannot occur in the unmodified source code.
CVE-2024-49395 3 Mutt, Neomutt, Redhat 4 Mutt, Neomutt, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2026-11-06 5.3 Medium
In mutt and neomutt, PGP encryption does not use the --hidden-recipient mode which may leak the Bcc email header field by inferring from the recipients info.
CVE-2024-0340 2 Linux, Redhat 4 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els and 1 more 2026-11-06 4.4 Medium
A vulnerability was found in vhost_new_msg in drivers/vhost/vhost.c in the Linux kernel, which does not properly initialize memory in messages passed between virtual guests and the host operating system in the vhost/vhost.c:vhost_new_msg() function. This issue can allow local privileged users to read some kernel memory contents when reading from the /dev/vhost-net device file.

CVE-2026-31575 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-11-05 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/userfaultfd: fix hugetlb fault mutex hash calculation In mfill_atomic_hugetlb(), linear_page_index() is used to calculate the page index for hugetlb_fault_mutex_hash(). However, linear_page_index() returns the index in PAGE_SIZE units, while hugetlb_fault_mutex_hash() expects the index in huge page units. This mismatch means that different addresses within the same huge page can produce different hash values, leading to the use of different mutexes for the same huge page. This can cause races between faulting threads, which can corrupt the reservation map and trigger the BUG_ON in resv_map_release(). Fix this by introducing hugetlb_linear_page_index(), which returns the page index in huge page granularity, and using it in place of linear_page_index().
CVE-2026-31574 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-11-05 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: clockevents: Add missing resets of the next_event_forced flag The prevention mechanism against timer interrupt starvation missed to reset the next_event_forced flag in a couple of places: - When the clock event state changes. That can cause the flag to be stale over a shutdown/startup sequence - When a non-forced event is armed, which then prevents rearming before that event. If that event is far out in the future this will cause missed timer interrupts. - In the suspend wakeup handler. That led to stalls which have been reported by several people. Add the missing resets, which fixes the problems for the reporters.
CVE-2026-31571 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-11-05 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/i915: Unlink NV12 planes earlier unlink_nv12_plane() will clobber parts of the plane state potentially already set up by plane_atomic_check(), so we must make sure not to call the two in the wrong order. The problem happens when a plane previously selected as a Y plane is now configured as a normal plane by user space. plane_atomic_check() will first compute the proper plane state based on the userspace request, and unlink_nv12_plane() later clears some of the state. This used to work on account of unlink_nv12_plane() skipping the state clearing based on the plane visibility. But I removed that check, thinking it was an impossible situation. Now when that situation happens unlink_nv12_plane() will just WARN and proceed to clobber the state. Rather than reverting to the old way of doing things, I think it's more clear if we unlink the NV12 planes before we even compute the new plane state. CVE-2026-31556 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-11-05 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: xfs: scrub: unlock dquot before early return in quota scrub xchk_quota_item can return early after calling xchk_fblock_process_error. When that helper returns false, the function returned immediately without dropping dq->q_qlock, which can leave the dquot lock held and risk lock leaks or deadlocks in later quota operations. Fix this by unlocking dq->q_qlock before the early return.
