CVE-2026-48705 1 Project-monai 1 Monai 2026-11-05 9.3 Critical
MONAI (Medical Open Network for AI) is an AI toolkit for health care imaging. Prior to 1.6.1, PydicomReader._get_affine() trusts non-finite values in the DICOM PixelSpacing, ImagePositionPatient, and ImageOrientationPatient fields and composes them into an affine matrix without validation. An unauthenticated attacker who can upload a crafted DICOM to a default MONAILabel deployment can propagate NaN or infinity values through LoadImaged, Spacingd, model inference, and output writing, causing inference failures, persistent datastore poisoning, or geometrically corrupted results. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.1.
CVE-2026-23327 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-11-05 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cxl/mbox: validate payload size before accessing contents in cxl_payload_from_user_allowed() cxl_payload_from_user_allowed() casts and dereferences the input payload without first verifying its size. When a raw mailbox command is sent with an undersized payload (ie: 1 byte for CXL_MBOX_OP_CLEAR_LOG, which expects a 16-byte UUID), uuid_equal() reads past the allocated buffer, triggering a KASAN splat: BUG: KASAN: slab-out-of-bounds in memcmp+0x176/0x1d0 lib/string.c:683 Read of size 8 at addr ffff88810130f5c0 by task syz.1.62/2258 CPU: 2 UID: 0 PID: 2258 Comm: syz.1.62 Not tainted 6.19.0-dirty #3 PREEMPT(voluntary) Hardware name: QEMU Standard PC (Q35 + ICH9, 2009), BIOS rel-1.17.0-0-gb52ca86e094d-prebuilt.qemu.org 04/01/2014 Call Trace: <TASK> __dump_stack lib/dump_stack.c:94 [inline] dump_stack_lvl+0xab/0xe0 lib/dump_stack.c:120 print_address_description mm/kasan/report.c:378 [inline] print_report+0xce/0x650 mm/kasan/report.c:482 kasan_report+0xce/0x100 mm/kasan/report.c:595 memcmp+0x176/0x1d0 lib/string.c:683 uuid_equal include/linux/uuid.h:73 [inline] cxl_payload_from_user_allowed drivers/cxl/core/mbox.c:345 [inline] cxl_mbox_cmd_ctor drivers/cxl/core/mbox.c:368 [inline] cxl_validate_cmd_from_user drivers/cxl/core/mbox.c:522 [inline] cxl_send_cmd+0x9c0/0xb50 drivers/cxl/core/mbox.c:643 __cxl_memdev_ioctl drivers/cxl/core/memdev.c:698 [inline] cxl_memdev_ioctl+0x14f/0x190 drivers/cxl/core/memdev.c:713 vfs_ioctl fs/ioctl.c:51 [inline] __do_sys_ioctl fs/ioctl.c:597 [inline] __se_sys_ioctl fs/ioctl.c:583 [inline] __x64_sys_ioctl+0x18e/0x210 fs/ioctl.c:583 do_syscall_x64 arch/x86/entry/syscall_64.c:63 [inline] do_syscall_64+0xa8/0x330 arch/x86/entry/syscall_64.c:94 entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe+0x77/0x7f RIP: 0033:0x7fdaf331ba79 Code: ff ff c3 66 2e 0f 1f 84 00 00 00 00 00 0f 1f 40 00 48 89 f8 48 89 f7 48 89 d6 48 89 ca 4d 89 c2 4d 89 c8 4c 8b 4c 24 08 0f 05 <48> 3d 01 f0 ff ff 73 01 c3 48 c7 c1 a8 ff ff ff f7 d8 64 89 01 48 RSP: 002b:00007fdaf1d77038 EFLAGS: 00000246 ORIG_RAX: 0000000000000010 RAX: ffffffffffffffda RBX: 00007fdaf3585fa0 RCX: 00007fdaf331ba79 RDX: 00002000000001c0 RSI: 00000000c030ce02 RDI: 0000000000000003 RBP: 00007fdaf33749df R08: 0000000000000000 R09: 0000000000000000 R10: 0000000000000000 R11: 0000000000000246 R12: 0000000000000000 R13: 00007fdaf3586038 R14: 00007fdaf3585fa0 R15: 00007ffced2af768 </TASK> Add 'in_size' parameter to cxl_payload_from_user_allowed() and validate the payload is large enough.
CVE-2026-23149 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-11-05 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm: Do not allow userspace to trigger kernel warnings in drm_gem_change_handle_ioctl() Since GEM bo handles are u32 in the uapi and the internal implementation uses idr_alloc() which uses int ranges, passing a new handle larger than INT_MAX trivially triggers a kernel warning: idr_alloc(): ... if (WARN_ON_ONCE(start < 0)) return -EINVAL; ... Fix it by rejecting new handles above INT_MAX and at the same time make the end limit calculation more obvious by moving into int domain.
CVE-2026-119700 2 Wordpress-extensions, Wpgraphql 2 Wpgraphql, Wpgraphql 2026-11-05 5.3 Medium
WPGraphQL before 2.24.2 contains an information disclosure vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to determine object existence through distinct error responses. Attackers can iterate IDs against deleteMediaItem, updateMediaItem, deleteComment and updateComment mutations to discover hidden draft, private, trashed posts, custom post types, and unapproved comments.
CVE-2025-40325 1 Linux 2 Kernel, Linux Kernel 2026-11-05 5.5 Medium

And there is no need to print warning calltrace if a discard bio has REQ_NOWAIT flag. Quality engineer usually checks dmesg and reports error if dmesg has warning/error calltrace.
CVE-2026-65983 1 Openemr 1 Openemr 2026-11-05 7.5 High
OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.2.0, interface/modules/custom_modules/oe-module-faxsms/src/Controller/SignalWireClient.php decrypts a selected patient document with Document::get_data() and SignalWireClient::uploadFileForFax() writes the plaintext bytes under sites/{siteId}/fax. The module returns the resulting public URL to SignalWire, protects it only with a predictable uniqid() filename, and never removes the staged file. An unauthenticated network actor who obtains or guesses the URL can retrieve persistent patient documents even when drive encryption is enabled. This issue is fixed in version 8.2.0.
CVE-2026-103021 1 Openemr 1 Openemr 2026-11-05 5.3 Medium
OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. From 6.0.0 until 8.3.0, interface/globals.php uses the unauthenticated authUser login parameter to populate temp_authuserid and load that account's user_settings before authentication succeeds. Existing usernames can therefore cause an additional database query and may apply visible customized settings, while nonexistent usernames skip that behavior. A remote unauthenticated actor can use timing or page differences to enumerate valid accounts for later credential attacks. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0.
CVE-2026-111753 1 Angular 1 Angular 2026-11-05 6.5 Medium
Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 20.3.34 and 21.0.3, the @angular/common HttpClient function xsrfInterceptorFn uses a regular expression that does not normalize request URLs in the same way as the browser's WHATWG URL parser. With XSRF protection enabled, a mutating HTTP request to an attacker-controlled URL containing backslashes, stripped control characters or spaces, or removable ASCII whitespace can be misclassified as relative and same-origin, causing the interceptor to attach the X-XSRF-TOKEN header before the browser dispatches the request to a cross-origin host. With permissive CORS handling for the custom header, the attacker can obtain the victim's XSRF token and use it to perform cross-site request forgery against the victim session. This issue is fixed in versions 20.3.34 and 21.0.3.
CVE-2026-53682 1 Redhat 4 Certificate System, Dogtag Certificate System, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2026-11-05 5.3 Medium
An unauthenticated client can query the Security Domain hosts inventory via GET /ca/rest/securityDomain/hosts and receive a structured response enumerating internal PKI/CA hosts and roles (security domain topology and participating subsystems), without requiring a principal, client certificate, or session.
CVE-2026-93389 2 Litespeedtech, Wordpress-extensions 2 Litespeed Cache, Litespeed Cache 2026-11-05 8.2 High
The LiteSpeed Cache plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthenticated disclosure of sensitive WooCommerce customer data in all versions up to, and including, 7.9.1 With Cache REST enabled (the shipped default cache-rest=1), LiteSpeed stores WooCommerce Store API GET responses (/wc/store/v1/cart and /wc/store/v1/checkout) as PUBLIC cache objects and does not vary the cache on the Cart-Token or WooCommerce session. A shopper's personalized cart/checkout response is therefore served to any later, cookie-less and token-less client as an LSCache HIT. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read another shopper's billing and shipping details (name, company, street address, email, phone), cart contents and totals, and the shopper's live Cart-Token session JWT and nonce (enabling cart/checkout-session hijack), plus order_key on the checkout endpoint.

At the lowest level, the atmel_serial driver is using serial_mctrl_gpio lib to enable/disable the corresponding IRQs accordingly. The warning emitted by CONFIG_DEBUG_ATOMIC_SLEEP is due to disable_irq (called in mctrl_gpio_disable_ms) being possibly called in some atomic context (some tty drivers perform modem lines configuration in regions protected by port lock). Split mctrl_gpio_disable_ms into two differents APIs, a non-blocking one and a blocking one. Replace mctrl_gpio_disable_ms calls with the relevant version depending on whether the call is protected by some port lock.
CVE-2025-38039 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-11-05 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/mlx5e: Avoid WARN_ON when configuring MQPRIO with HTB offload enabled When attempting to enable MQPRIO while HTB offload is already configured, the driver currently returns `-EINVAL` and triggers a `WARN_ON`, leading to an unnecessary call trace. Update the code to handle this case more gracefully by returning `-EOPNOTSUPP` instead, while also providing a helpful user message.

CVE-2025-37889 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-11-05 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ASoC: ops: Consistently treat platform_max as control value This reverts commit 9bdd10d57a88 ("ASoC: ops: Shift tested values in snd_soc_put_volsw() by +min"), and makes some additional related updates. There are two ways the platform_max could be interpreted; the maximum register value, or the maximum value the control can be set to. The patch moved from treating the value as a control value to a register one. When the patch was applied it was technically correct as snd_soc_limit_volume() also used the register interpretation. However, even then most of the other usages treated platform_max as a control value, and snd_soc_limit_volume() has since been updated to also do so in commit fb9ad24485087 ("ASoC: ops: add correct range check for limiting volume"). That patch however, missed updating snd_soc_put_volsw() back to the control interpretation, and fixing snd_soc_info_volsw_range(). The control interpretation makes more sense as limiting is typically done from the machine driver, so it is appropriate to use the customer facing representation rather than the internal codec representation. Update all the code to consistently use this interpretation of platform_max. Finally, also add some comments to the soc_mixer_control struct to hopefully avoid further patches switching between the two approaches.
CVE-2025-37747 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-11-05 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: perf: Fix hang while freeing sigtrap event Perf can hang while freeing a sigtrap event if a related deferred signal hadn't managed to be sent before the file got closed: perf_event_overflow() task_work_add(perf_pending_task) fput() task_work_add(____fput()) task_work_run() ____fput() perf_release() perf_event_release_kernel() _free_event() perf_pending_task_sync() task_work_cancel() -> FAILED rcuwait_wait_event() Once task_work_run() is running, the list of pending callbacks is removed from the task_struct and from this point on task_work_cancel() can't remove any pending and not yet started work items, hence the task_work_cancel() failure and the hang on rcuwait_wait_event(). Task work could be changed to remove one work at a time, so a work running on the current task can always cancel a pending one, however the wait / wake design is still subject to inverted dependencies when remote targets are involved, as pictured by Oleg: T1 T2 fd = perf_event_open(pid => T2->pid); fd = perf_event_open(pid => T1->pid); close(fd) close(fd) <IRQ> <IRQ> perf_event_overflow() perf_event_overflow() task_work_add(perf_pending_task) task_work_add(perf_pending_task) </IRQ> </IRQ> fput() fput() task_work_add(____fput()) task_work_add(____fput()) task_work_run() task_work_run() ____fput() ____fput() perf_release() perf_release() perf_event_release_kernel() perf_event_release_kernel() _free_event() _free_event() perf_pending_task_sync() perf_pending_task_sync() rcuwait_wait_event() rcuwait_wait_event() Therefore the only option left is to acquire the event reference count upon queueing the perf task work and release it from the task work, just like it was done before 3a5465418f5f ("perf: Fix event leak upon exec and file release") but without the leaks it fixed. Some adjustments are necessary to make it work: * A child event might dereference its parent upon freeing. Care must be taken to release the parent last. * Some places assuming the event doesn't have any reference held and therefore can be freed right away must instead put the reference and let the reference counting to its job.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: atm: cxacru: fix a flaw in existing endpoint checks Syzbot once again identified a flaw in usb endpoint checking, see [1]. This time the issue stems from a commit authored by me (2eabb655a968 ("usb: atm: cxacru: fix endpoint checking in cxacru_bind()")). While using usb_find_common_endpoints() may usually be enough to discard devices with wrong endpoints, in this case one needs more than just finding and identifying the sufficient number of endpoints of correct types - one needs to check the endpoint's address as well. Since cxacru_bind() fills URBs with CXACRU_EP_CMD address in mind, switch the endpoint verification approach to usb_check_XXX_endpoints() instead to fix incomplete ep testing. CVE-2025-21910 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-11-05 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: cfg80211: regulatory: improve invalid hints checking Syzbot keeps reporting an issue [1] that occurs when erroneous symbols sent from userspace get through into user_alpha2[] via regulatory_hint_user() call. Such invalid regulatory hints should be rejected. While a sanity check from commit 47caf685a685 ("cfg80211: regulatory: reject invalid hints") looks to be enough to deter these very cases, there is a way to get around it due to 2 reasons. 1) The way isalpha() works, symbols other than latin lower and upper letters may be used to determine a country/domain. For instance, greek letters will also be considered upper/lower letters and for such characters isalpha() will return true as well. However, ISO-3166-1 alpha2 codes should only hold latin characters. 2) While processing a user regulatory request, between reg_process_hint_user() and regulatory_hint_user() there happens to be a call to queue_regulatory_request() which modifies letters in request->alpha2[] with toupper(). This works fine for latin symbols, less so for weird letter characters from the second part of _ctype[]. Syzbot triggers a warning in is_user_regdom_saved() by first sending over an unexpected non-latin letter that gets malformed by toupper() into a character that ends up failing isalpha() check. Prevent this by enhancing is_an_alpha2() to ensure that incoming symbols are latin letters and nothing else.
